Thank you for your support of the Blackcollegegrad brand. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please follow the instructions below on how to return or exchange your items. If you still have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us here.

How do I return an item from my order?

For steps on how to return your order, email us at returns@blackcollegegrad.com and we will respond with next steps. Please know that pre-order sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will incur a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise agreed upon. We are unable to accept returns after 14 days of delivery. 

Restocking fees may be charged when merchandise is returned without the polybag, worn/damaged, care label removed, etc. Restocking fees are deducted from the customer's refund on original purchase when an item is returned.

How do I exchange an item from my order?

We don't offer exchanges. If you need another size you would need to initiate a return on our contact page or at returns@blackcollegegrad.com and order another size.

Within what period should I return an item?

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt.
