ORDERS
How can I pay for my order?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, JCB, Union Pay, Diners Club, Discover and American Express. We also accept Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, and Google Pay payments.
How will I know you've received my order?
As soon as you have gone through the checkout process, you should see a confirmation message with your order number. This info will also be emailed over to you.
Once your order has been processed by our team, we will send you another email to let you know it's been shipped.
The item I want is sold out. When will it be available again?
If an item is listed as sold out, it is unavailable for purchase. But you can click on the "Notify Me When Available" button on the product page to sign up to be notified by text or email for when this product will be next available. If you have anymore questions, please do not hesitate to email us at: preorders@blackcollegegrad.com.
If you are unsure about how to turn on notifications, please follow the steps below!
Visit blackcollegegrad.com > Select your product > Select your desired size (if the product is out of stock, a navy "Notify Me When Available" button will appear) > Click this button and enter your email, phone number and size needed > You will now be put on a list to be informed about new product releases and inventory updates!

How will I know when new schools and styles are added to the store?
Your best bet is to subscribe to our email and SMS text list. You'll be one of the first to know when we add a new style. You can also stay up to date by following us on social media @blackcollegegrad on instagram and facebook.
What if I need to change the address on my order?
If you would like to change the address on your order, please contact us here. If it has not been processed, we will gladly make the change. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be changed.
Please be sure to include your order number in the email.
I received a damaged product. What should I do?
Oh no! We're so sorry about this. Please get in touch with our Customer Support Team as soon as you can through our contact us page with your order number and they will advise further. Please be ready to take some pictures of the damaged item!
How do I know my order has shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. The BCG shipping team will get your order on its way to you as soon as possible. All orders will include tracking details for you to easily reference.
Please know that delivery estimation dates are just estimates and your order may arrive sooner or later than the given dates.
How do I cancel my order?
We're really sorry to say that we are unable to cancel an order after it has been placed. Our team works very hard to dispatch orders as soon as possible which is why we are unable to make any cancellations.
Can I place a bulk order?
Yes, absolutely! If you are interested in buying any of our products in bulk please email us at: orders@blackcollegegrad.com.
If I need a different size, am I able to exchange?
Unfortunately, we can't currently offer exchanges (we're a super tiny team and we don't have those abilities just yet), but please do send the garments back to us for a full refund.
SHIPPING
What if USPS marks my package as delivered but it’s nowhere to be found?
If your package is missing and nowhere to be found, you can email us at shipping@blackcollegegrad.com and we will file a claim with USPS. The investigation can take up to 8 days. We won’t be able to refund until USPS comes back with the status of the claim.
How long will my order take to ship?
All orders are shipped from North Carolina. While orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days, orders may take longer due to location, but we always ensure that your purchases are shipped and delivered as quickly as possible. You will receive an order confirmation email from us once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items will ship once stock becomes available. The estimated delivery date is not exact but will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email with tracking info once it’s been shipped.
Pre-order shipping dates are subject to delays.

RETURNS
How do I return an item from my order?
For steps on how to return your order, email us at returns@blackcollegegrad.com and we will respond with next steps.
All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will incur a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise agreed upon. We are unable to accept returns after 14 days of delivery.
Restocking fees may be charged when merchandise is returned without the polybag, worn/damaged, care label removed, etc. Restocking fees are deducted from the customer's refund on original purchase when an item is returned.
How do I exchange an item from my order?
We don't offer exchanges. If you need another size you would need to initiate a return on our contact page or at returns@blackcollegegrad.com and order another size.
Within what period should I return an item?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt.
PRODUCT CARE
How do I care for my Blackcollegegrad sweater?
Our sweaters are made from high quality fibers and treated to be long-lasting. As such, we recommend the following:
1) Fold and store, do not hang, as hanging can stretch the fabric
2) Take care not to snag the sweater on sharp objects when wearing jewelry, other clothing with hard edges, or being active
3) Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, and either lay out to dry or hang longways on a drying rack (do not dry with a hanger or a clothespin). Do not tumble dry!
How do I know what size will fit me best?
Our unisex items fit true to size, but we include a size guide on all product pages directly above the size selector. If you have any other questions, please email us through our "Contact Us" page and we will help you find your correct size.

Where else can I buy BCG products?
Currently, our sweaters can be found in nine HBCU campus bookstores. To find out if your HBCU carries our sweaters, visit our stockist page found here.
Do you accept purchase orders?

Do you carry my HBCU?
Click here for a full list of the Black colleges and universities we currently carry. If you cannot click on your school, then we are not yet licensed to carry your university.
We are a small, new business and with over 100 Black colleges and universities in operation, it will take some time for us to become licensed by all of them. However, we are continuously expanding and adding new schools every year. If you would like us to carry merchandise for your school then please don't hesitate to contact us.
